Information generated by the App (including AI-generated insights, educational articles, and community content) is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Welixa is not intended for emergency use. If you are experiencing chest pain, severe shortness of breath, signs of stroke, suicidal thoughts, or any other urgent or life-threatening symptoms, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on Welixa in emergency situations.
3) How the AI Works (and its limits)
Welixa uses artificial intelligence to analyze information you voluntarily provide and to generate general educational insights and possible topics to discuss with a healthcare professional.

Limited Access (Free): account creation and access to selected core features.
Free Trial: 7-day trial requiring a valid payment method. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Individual Subscription: $5.99/month or $59/year, auto-renewing unless canceled through your app store account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled in accordance with the applicable app store’s refund policies.
Changes: Pricing and features may change. Where legally required, notice will be provided in-app or by email.
6) Community Guidelines
Welixa Community is intended as a respectful, supportive space. By posting, you agree to: Share personal experiences only and refrain from providing medical prescriptions or professional advice.
Avoid harassment, misinformation, hate speech, illegal activity, or promotional content.
Understand that community posts may be visible to other users.
Welixa reserves the right to moderate, restrict visibility, or remove content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Welixa relies on trusted third-party processors for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, communications, and payments. Payment information is processed directly by the relevant app store or payment provider. Welixa does not store full payment card details.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Welixa and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the App. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; in such cases, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
